Larry Flynt, the controversial publisher who founded Hustler magazine and spent five decades fighting for the freedom of speech, died at age 78 in Los Angeles. His life has been the subject of films and books, including the 1996 biopic "The People vs. Larry Flynt." Flynt first launched Hustler Magazine in 1974 and later grew it into an empire that would include multiple magazines, TV channels, Hustler clubs, apparel business, adult stores and even a casino. His trial started a raging debate with defenders of morality about the First Amendment after Flynt won a Supreme Court decision Hustler Magazine v. Falwel. He played a significant role in US politics exposing conservative politicians, promoting active citizenship and freedom of the press. This video is a tribute to his memory.
