Saying no is important. Especially if you are a people pleaser or are trying hard to avoid causing disappointment and distress in others. The more you care about how others react to you, the more important it is to have the skill of setting boundaries, setting expectations, and refusing the requests that are misaligned with what you want and need.
This presentation will help you learn and practice how to say no in ways that allow you to be true to yourself and be safe with the people around you.
