Published on Jan 14, 2021
We will mostly do seated yoga asana (yoga poses) opening your hips and heart while flowing slowly from one asana to the next. Some of this asana we will stay in longer which is called yin yoga. This is an opportunity to let go of mental and emotional stresses true deep surrender and acceptance of self while letting go of muscle tension. This style of yoga is very nurturing and healing because of the stimulation of the energy flow in the body.
