‘Self-Care Incorporating Routines’ with Miki Anderson - Happiness Retreat by Fancentro

This presentation will focus on the various types of wellness, along with differing ways of developing and maintaining self-care strategies.

Elizabeth “Miki” Anderson is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a National Certified Counselor, located in the state of North Carolina. She has years of experience working in the community, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, gender dysphoria, domestic abuse, and sexual assault. She earned her Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Argosy University in April 2010 and is actively pursuing her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Capella University, working on her dissertation at this time. She recently started her own private practice: Pax Community Counseling, PLLC, where she provides individual therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, and resume review. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her two children and working on music and photography.
